The situation is turning worse day by day on the roadside where few people are throwing their garbage along the roadside at Guridolim, the road starts from Devi Mahalaxmi Temple.
The area next to the road is littered with garbage bags, barbers salons hair, animals waste, pampers, plastic bags, bottles and other waste which is polluting the health and the environment.
The garbage is attracting stray dogs who also pose a threat to commuters as they suddenly cross the road. Despite repeated appeals to resolve the issue, the authorities have failed to act on it. Hopefully, the panchayat will soon act on the issue.
