All the cable providers must secure their own cables by shifting to underground cabling for the safety of public. The electricity department has a right to cut the cables which are strung through their poles. Why have customers to suffer all the time for the repeat mistakes of the internet cable service and cable television network services after paying their bills on time? The electricity department should monitor the internet and cable television network service providers who are using their poles.
