It was a week when reports again did the rounds that all is not well between TMC Rajya Sabha MP Luizinhbab Faleiro and the party leadership. Political observers, however, say that Luizinhbab isn’t going to surrender without offering a fight. None other than the seasoned MP knows for sure that any decision to sack him would make him an unattached member. And, that he has dashed off a letter to PM Narendra Modi seeking permission to use his MPLAD funds in Navelim to build a museum in memory of Dr Francisco Luis Gomes when he represents Bengal in the Rajya Sabha, indicates the former Goa CM is bracing up for a battle.
