Curtorim Gymkhana beat Betalbatim Sporting Club 5-4 via tiebreaker to book their place into the quarterfinals of the Cana Benaulim Village Panchayat Cup football tournament played at St John de Baptista Ground, Dando Benaulim on Tuesday. Betalbatim SC took the lead through Klusner Pereira which was later cancelled by Neliston Silveira for Curtorim Gymkhana. In the ensuing tiebreaker “ Jovel Martins, Amar Estibeiro, Rhay Dias and Nickson Castanha netted for Curtorim Gymkhana while Ashley Fernandes, Klusner Pereira and Jesus Fernandes found the target for Betalbatim SC.
