A splendid hat-trick by Joel Baretto helped Fr Agnelo Youth Sports Club, Paroda trounce Uguem Rising Club 6-2 to march into the quarterfinal of 15th St Anthony Festival Cup 2023 organised by St Anthony's Sports Club, Assolda at Moll Ground, Assolda on Tuesday. Fr Agnelo YSC dominated the game right from the word go and pushed their opponents on the back foot. Fr Agnelo's breakthrough came in the very 6th minute when Joel Baretto found the back of the net. The early goal helped the winners to mount tremendous pressure on the rival citadel and in the 20th minute Joel struck a second time to register his brace. In the 21st minute, Likson Rebello added his name to the scoresheet. Likson netted his brace in the 53rd minute. Velroy Carvalho put the issue beyond doubt in the 65th minute while Alliston D'Souza reduced the margin.
