The first half remained goalless, featuring a powerful shot from Pushpa of Vintage 73 SC, deftly saved by Sesa keeper Akshata. Reema's header and a shot from Sesa's Donea were met with impressive saves.
As the half-time whistle blew, the scoreline stood at 0-0, setting the stage for an electrifying second half. Vintage 73 SC broke the deadlock with Arpita's long-range shot finding the net in the 52nd minute. Sesa FA displayed resilience as Priya Dhatkar leveled the score at 1-1 in the 71st minute from a Blessica lay-off.
In a nail-biting finish, Pushpa Parab of Vintage 73 SC orchestrated a last-minute winner in the 90th minute, expertly lobbing the ball over the onrushing Sesa keeper and defender. Despite a late surge by Sesa FA, Vintage 73 SC held on for a thrilling victory, concluding with a final score-line of Vintage 73 SC 2, Sesa FA 1.
In GFA Second Division League, UB Ambaulim humbled SWC Zaino 5-0. In GFA U-13 Division II, Vasco United FC thumped Rising Star SC 12-0.
