A passenger from Rajasthan caused panic the plane after he allegedly trying to open starboard door of a Delhi-Goa Indigo flight on Monday, thereby endangering the safety of fellow passengers.
In a complaint lodged with Dabolim Airport Police, an official of the airlines stated that a passenger who was seated on the flight, which was inbound from Delhi to Goa, tried to open the starboard door of the plane.
This illuminated the warning light and chimes along with the alert, thereby endangering personal safety of the other passengers and crew travelling in the flight. Dabolim Airport Police have booked the accused under Section 336 IPC.
