BICHOLIM
The decomposed body of a youth from Keri-Sattari was found hanging from a tree at Virdi-Sanquelim late Monday evening.
Bicholim Police was informed that a decomposed body was found at Virdi-Sanquelim and a police team went to the site and with the help of the fire services, lowered the body from the tree.
A relative later identified the deceased as Raviraj Gawas (29) of Gawaswada in Keri-Sattari.
The body was to the GMC hospital morgue at Bambolim for an autopsy.
Bicholim Police has registered a case of unnatural death under Section 174 CrPC and LPSI Karishma Prabhu is investigating the case.
