Bicholim school gets 100%
BICHOLIM: Radhakrishna High School Bicholim registered 100 percent results in the SSC Board exam for the seventh consecutive year in both mediums of instruction.
According to the school management, students seeking admission here are from poor economic strata and cannot afford admissions in other schools. Such students are imparted special classes by school authorities in the evening every day without any fee, which is the main reason for the 100 percent results.
In all, 51 students from English and Marathi medium had appeared for the exams. In English medium, Arya Umarye stood first by scoring 87.33 percent, followed by Shyam Dhavaskar (84.33%) and Tejasvi Gaonkar (81.17%).
