NHAI to execute own projects
PANAJI: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has transferred to itself projects of the development of National Highway 17 and 4A under its National Highway Development Plan (NHDP).
In a letter addressed to the Chief Secretary as well as Principal Chief Engineer of the PWD, the NHAI has informed that the National Highway 17 of a length of 136 kms from border to border of Goa as well as the 69 kilometre NH4A being expanded under the NHDP - IV has been taken by the NHAI and has asked the Goa PWD to hand over the relevant documents drawings, project reports, consultant agreements, etc, to the NHAI.
