Sancoale abuzz as stage set for PM’s public meet today

Preparations being finalised at the open ground opposite BITS Pilani Institute in Sancoale for PM Narendra Modi’s public meeting on Saturday.

Sancoale has been abuzz with activity as it prepares to host Prime Minister Narendra Modi for a major public meeting, which is expected to draw a crowd of around 50,000 people.

The event, scheduled to take place at the vast open ground opposite BITS Pilani Institute at Zuarinagar, Sancoale has been witnessing rapid preparations to accommodate the huge gathering.

Organisers have laid out tens of thousands of chairs and have erected a huge stage, from where the Prime Minister will deliver his speech.

Mobile generators have been installed, while essential amenities such as toilets have been strategically placed throughout the venue for the benefit of people.

Extensive security measures have been set up at the event, with multiple watch towers already erected and continuous monitoring by security personnel to safeguard the area and its visitors.

The local police force has been significantly bolstered, with officers deployed across the venue to manage the crowd and maintain safety.

To enhance visibility and ensure that everyone in attendance can hear and see Prime Minister Modi, organisers have set up several giant LED screens around the site.

Moreover, state-of-the-art light and sound systems have been installed, and additional canopies have been set up to shield attendees from the elements.

Ground preparation is in full swing as well, with earthmovers, road rollers, and JCBs working overtime to flatten additional areas of the ground to make space for more attendees.

According to event coordinators, the work will continue into the late hours of the night to ensure everything is in place for the high-profile event.

The preparations highlight the significance of the visit, which is expected to draw supporters from across the region eager to hear the Prime Minister address key issues and future plans for the BJP.
