New Parliament building under Central Vista Plan is likely to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on May 28 on the birth anniversary of so called freedom fighter Vinaya Darmodar Savarkar. The opposition and the people of India are not happy with the inaugurating the new parliament house with Savarkar. There were so many freedom fighters of India who have given their life for India. Congress leader and serveral other opposition leaders from various political parties have opined that the President of India Draupadi Murmu should inaugurate the building and not Modi. Modi and his BJP ruling government should listen to the voice of the citizens of India and of the opposition parties and leaders who will be sitting along with them in the New House. Remember that President of India is the keeper of the Indian Constitution and the first citizen of India.
The strength of the new Lok Sabha chambers by installing 888 seats raised another question ? BJP party and its leaders are playing very smart game to continue to rule India by keeping all the opposition in the corner. Not a single party has played dirty mind game in past years where BJP party wants to cross any limits to rule India. The delimitation of Parliamentary constituencies is due after 2026. Hindi heartland of North India will get a massive increase in Lok Sabha seats, while seats for southern India will get reduced. BJP has a strong hold in northern India. This is the game plan both Amit Shah and Modi government do sitting in Delhi when they see which States they are losing control of and also elections.
