Home is where the heart is

Couch

When one walks into a house, the usual expectation is thatof a nice, comfortable couch.  Sensualleather or warm suede “ something that oozes ‘cosy’.  Stick to greys or beiges but the occasionalred is always a stunner. Keep in mind the wall colours and how they tango withyour beautiful couch.  A couch isincomplete without cute cushions to go with it, which you can cuddle into whiletaking your occasional afternoon siestas.

Vases

If you have a vase in your home, you're in very goodcompany. Today, vases made from ceramic, crystal and glass are used tocomplement our home décor. They are popular as a vessel for displaying flowersbut are also valued for their beauty and decorative aspects.

Rugs

Antique rugs are often treated as family heirlooms andpassed down through the generations. -Nothing feels quite so good as a rugbeneath your feet. They offer a layer of warmth and comfort that is unmatchedby any other floor covering; available in infinite patterns, colors and styles, rugs.

Houseplants

In a decorating sense, plants are appealing symbolically, visually and for their scents. When you're choosing your plants, try to findones that complement your décor. Bold coloured flowers look great with moderndécor, and for the too-busy-to-garden workaholics, try jade, rubber plants orspider plants, all of which don't require much light but the occasional loveand water.

Personal Collections

A conversation starter, a walk down memory lane; almost everyonehas one of these. That quirky object or collection that intrigues guests whilemaking your home feel like it belongs to you. Whether it's your collection ofsuperhero figurines or music records, your home just wouldn't feel like homewithout these items.
